Nancy Bleeke
Nancy Bleeke is a business consultant, author and facilitator. CRD, the consulting firm she founded, specializes in assisting organizations to improve their sales, customer service and their team development skills.

Nancy’s education includes bachelors and masters degrees in business management. She has had more than 15 years experience working with managers in the areas of organizational development, sales, customer service training and human resource development. 

Nancy was a member of the strategic teams at a Midwest financial institution and later a leading distributor of toys. She has been a sales professional, a partner with other sales managers in increasing sales and a sales coach bringing sales team members to higher levels of productivity. Nancy has also implemented a nationwide sales team and designed sales compensation and bonus plans, performance evaluation systems and goal setting processes for a variety of companies.

 
Lynn Zimmer
Lynn Zimmer is a Business Consultant, Facilitator and Speaker, with a strong background in the financial services area.

With 30 years in the sales and service industry, roles she held include key positions in the Human Resource, Training & Development and Sales & Marketing areas. Lynn’s experience is evident in her professional approach to designing and facilitating programs that provide measurable results.

Lynn’s strong leadership skills led her staff to consistently exceed production goals. She was instrumental in winning the “Customer First Award” presented by Lakeland College and the Sheboygan Press.

She has worked with Federal Express, Credit Union National Association (CUNA), the Institute of Financial Education (IFE) and the Wisconsin League of Financial Institutions. 

Lynn received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and her Integrity Solutions Facilitator certification from Integrity Solutions, Arizona.
  

Patrice McGuire
Patrice is a seasoned Human Resources and Training professional and provides over 12 years of experience in these areas.  Her work experience has been in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, non-profit organizations and call center environments.  In these environments she has been able to implement employee selection strategies, cultural assessments, leadership development programs and performance management systems.   She is a certified practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Her areas of expertise are aligning individual, team and manager behaviors with the organization’s business strategies and creating accountability in performance development.  Patrice combines a solid Human Resources background with strong consultation and facilitation skills and is committed to helping organizations and their employees succeed.

Patrice received her BBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
 

Maureen Rousseau
For the past twenty plus years, Maureen Rousseau has taken her foundation in education, communication, and guidance to the business world. In each of her roles, she built strong teams, developed world-class employee development programs, and introduced performance measurement and reporting standards.

Maureen has delivered results in the areas of increased sales, productivity, employee and customer satisfaction. She has been influential in developing leaders in financial services, airline operations, call centers, retail, real estate, manufacturing and service industries.
 

Melissa Blair
A business consultant for 16 years, Melissa’s expertise lies in the area of sales, customer service and training measurement.  With an extensive background in sales & service training, Melissa consistently saw companies spend their training dollars with high expectations, but no useful way in which to measure the impact of those dollars spent. 

Utilizing her technological skills, Melissa has developed measurement systems that will pinpoint both the visible and invisible impact made by training. 

Melissa’s experience with organizations of varied size and industry, she is able to take abstract information and transform it into hard, factual data that is then used to make effective business decisions.  Her skills are utilized in the following areas:

Alice Kemper
Alice Kemper is a consultant, trainer, speaker and author. Her consulting and training firm has attracted clients such as Cox Newspapers, Knight Ridder, Morris Communications, Seitlen Insurance, Cattleman's Choice Loomix, LLC and over 400 other leading organizations. She has won national recognition from the Association of Professional Sales Women and Integrity Solutions.

She combines her teaching, American Greetings and Harte-Hanks sales and sales management experience to design and facilitate topnotch training for bottom-line results. Alice's "how to" seminars have profoundly impacted a wide variety of people in the United States (taking her to 49 states) and Canada.
Alice's articles have been published in several trade publications and she's often quoted in the local newspapers.
