The implementation of the initiatives selected is customized to your organization’s needs.  Alternatives include all delivery by CRD to a combination of CRD instituting key components and equipping your organization to facilitate and develop the remaining components.

CRD provides consulting and resource support for:

  • Call Review process and training on giving feedback

  • Compensation review and recommendations or assistance, if needed

  • Liaison services with Integrity Solutions to assist in building the tools, methodology, etc. into current MassMutual technology systems.  For example:  Clients find that having “fields” in intranet systems or CRM systems that relate to behavior styles, steps of the AIDINC system, etc. are valuable.
