Service Levels
Corporate Resource
Development, Inc. (CRD) offers three levels of human resource services
and consulting to organizations.
- Reactive Resource
CRD provides HR counseling and brainstorming for:
- Staffing questions
- Compensation
questions
- Coaching and
counseling help
- Brainstorming
ideas
- We will also stay
abreast of your business situation to put into context the HR
knowledge
Your benefits include:
- Availability to pick
up the phone and bounce ideas off someone, receive advice and
direction, and discuss market trends for HR issues
- Proactive Advisor
Services listed in Reactive Resource level, plus additional
proactive services:
- Check in with each
staff member semi-annually to inquire on how they are doing
identify if there are changes in their situation or
responsibilities. One visit will be on-site and the second will be
via telephone
- Unlimited scoring of
Myers Briggs Type Indicator results.
- Annual telephone
planning meeting for the business regarding human resource items
- Mileage is included
Your benefits include:
- Availability to pick
up the phone and bounce ideas off someone, receive advice and
direction, and discuss market trends for HR issues
- A consistent
“touch” with your associates and an opportunity to plan for
future HR needs
- A specific planning
meeting to identify what is working, what is not and what actions
should be implemented for future needs
- HR Partner
CRD is involved as your HR partner. Services
listed in prior two levels plus ongoing recruiting, review of HR
policies and forms and assist in planning for your business’
future needs.
- Maintains a
proactive ongoing relationship with potential recruiting sources
- Annual review and
feedback on job descriptions and employee handbook (if one in
place)
- Annual review of
compensation levels as compared to market conditions
- Annual on-site
one-half day planning meeting with management regarding human
resource issues

direction, and discuss market trends for HR issues
- A consistent
“touch” with your associates and an opportunity to plan for
future HR needs
- Having an active
partner in your HR needs
- Ongoing HR items are
reviewed and suggestions made annually
Optional Products
& Services
Additional products &
services outside the scope of the retainer arrangements described above
include;
- DISC assessments at
$150/each and $175 for the Work Environment Profile.
- Cost of Employment Ads
(Invoiced at cost)
- Hourly consulting is
invoiced monthly at a rate of $125/hour.
- Training courses (A
proposal will be provided for your approval.)
- Developing an Employee
Manual/Handbook (A proposal will be provided for your approval.)
- Specific position
recruitments not identified in the service level selected (A
proposal will be provided for your approval.)
- On-going, regular
coaching of one or more staff members (A proposal will be provided
for your approval.)
