The key to increasing an organization's performance is managing the organizational climate. The core behavior of any organization depends on how employees interact with their co-workers, supervisors, customers and vendors. Goals, team spirit, great customer service and quality products originate from people who respect and communicate effectively with those around them.
Interact Performance Systems produces nationally recognized programs that
teaches executives, managers, supervisors and employees the life skills that directly affect productivity within an
organization. Those organizations that pay a great deal of attention to interpersonal skills generally benefit from lower turnover, higher productivity, fewer sick days and a more creative (and enjoyable) working climate.
These programs are led by facilitators and supported with award-winning videos that model the skills being taught. About half of each training session is spent practicing the skills using engaging case studies and structured role-play situations. All materials are designed to be used by internal trainers (following a train-the-trainer session), but the training can also be delivered by one of our Facilitators.
