Culture Change/Impact

Organizations need productive cultures that allow for individuals to achieve high levels of success.  CRD provides awareness and skill development training that allows individuals the knowledge and skills to be high performers.

Our solutions for culture change include:

The Question Behind the Question
Builds personal accountability as a core trait.

Experts repeatedly report that organizations that want to survive and thrive in today’s environment must empower employees to make better decisions on their own.  The idea makes sense.  How to build a culture that embodies these activities is difficult.  That’s why questions like this are still heard throughout the organization.

  • Why do we have to go through all this change?

  • When is someone going to train me?

  • Why can’t they communicate better?

  • When is that department going to do its job right?

  • Who’s going to solve the problem?

  • Who’s going to clarify my job?

  • Why don’t they share the vision?

None of these questions help employees make decisions that move their department, the company or themselves ahead.  Instead they produce blaming, complaining, and procrastinating.  What do these actions cost your company?  Lost productivity?  Low morale?  Reduced profits?  Lost customers?  Poor communication?

Developing a culture and individuals who practice personal accountability will eliminate many of these consequences!

QBQ!  The Question Behind the Question™ is a training program and tool that enables people to practice personal accountability by making better choices in the moment.  The major objective of QBQ! is establishing a culture of Personal Accountability in business and in life.  This helps to build a culture that is solution and action oriented, allowing the team to:

  • Increase Productivity
  • Adapt to Change
  • Enhance Communication
  • Boost Morale
  • Foster Creativity
  • Develop People
  • Build Effective Teams
  • Solve Problems

QBQ! Course Specifics
In a highly interactive and fast paced program, individuals build their commitment to personal accountability.  They begin asking better questions which help them get better answers and information to make better choices.  The QBQ! becomes a new way of thinking, talking and communicating.  Associates start asking questions such as:

“What can I do to move forward?”
“How can I contribute?”
“How can I make a difference?”

QBQ!  also enhances pro-action, leadership, ownership, service, creativity, communication, integrity, belief and career thinking vs. job thinking!

The course is a process, not an event.  It includes practical content, pre and post-assessment, reinforcement sessions, support tools and a specific plan of action.   In just a few hours, everyone will be propelling the organization forward.  You can start to eliminate the blame game and move your organization forward quickly.

The QBQ!  initial seminar has several eight-hour delivery formats:

  • One, eight-hour session

  • Two, four-hour sessions

  • Three sessions at 3 hours, 2.5 hours and 2.5 hours

Myers Briggs Type Indicator Training

The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an effective tool in helping individuals understand, appreciate and respect the differences in themselves and others.

The MBTI reveals personal preferences regarding the way one:

  • Derives energy – from the outside world or internally?
  • Takes in information – using the senses or intuition?
  • Lives life – in a structured way or spontaneously?
  • Makes decisions – based on logic or emotion?

Understanding the way these preferences influence our lives allows us to respect and work better with those whose preferences differ from our own. The MBTI also aids in building teams and in fostering better communication.

Program topics utilizing MBTI include:

  • An Introduction to the Myers Briggs Type Indicator
  • Goal Setting
  • Performance management and the MBTI
  • MBTI for Educators

Builds habits and discipline necessary for strong goal clarity.

Managing Goal Achievement® provides a dynamic process that helps people set and achieve higher goals, whatever those goals might be. Participants learn to first define clear goals, then work through the emotional blocks and limiting beliefs that often prevent their reaching those goals.

The powerful dynamics set in motion by Managing Goal Achievement result in exciting personal growth and a firmer belief in one's own possibilities. Participants discover new abilities and expand their boundaries, resulting in new goal attainment.

Managing Goal Achievement is designed to tackle the hard issues individuals face regarding their own ability to produce, achieve and accomplish. Using interactive exercises, participants discover the existence of their own self-imposed limitation or mental paradigms. Once they know their paradigms, or boundaries, they can break through and expand them – resulting in more success!

Join the more than 2,000 organizations worldwide that have implemented our processes to develop true customer-needs sales and service cultures!
