Course
Specifics
The initial
seminar is presented in one day with the participants working
in small groups. The sessions are highly interactive and each
participant will coach someone in the group as well as have an
individual coaching discussion for himself or herself.
Participants are given the foundation for the program in this seminar.
Concepts are delivered via video messages and then applied in
discussions and workbook activities.

Further
application and development of success habits is developed during the follow-up
sessions as the managers coach
their sellers. The long-term results and learning occur during
this follow-up course.
Each follow-up session is 90-minites in a
classroom or teleconference format.

Performance Systems include:

Performance Problem Solving for Managers – Interpersonal effectiveness skills for managers, supervisors, or leads. Five half-day sessions.

Performance Problem Solving for Peers – Interpersonal effectiveness skills for individual contributors (engineers, accountants, etc.) who are not in leadership positions. Same skills as above, but for non-managers. Five half-day
sessions.

Performance Problem Solving – Interpersonal effectiveness skills suitable for all levels in the organization.
